Tracy, 3-night trip

8/10 Good

The room was small but sufficient. Staff were friendly but although there was a lift, there were still quite a few flights of stairs to carry my bags up and down.

Comfortable stay

Room was very small but comfortable, I would prefer if all hotels had a safe in the room, we had breakfast included, very nice variety and the staff was helpful with preparing your coffee, close to metro so easy to get around

8/10 Good

It was an easy 15-minute walk to the main areas and there were several options for dining which came in handy after a long day out.
Yolanda, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

The room "apartment" we stayed was clean inside, but 5 large trash bins were placed right outside the apartment so there were mosquitoes flying around them constantly and of course flied into our room as well; we fed the mosquitoes alright. The breakfast was good. The lady who was there the first day was very nice but the 2nd one was not a happy person ...and scolded me for taking more than 2 cups of coffees (in Italian and stormed out of the dining room) because I didn't notice the sign that set the limit. It was quite embarrassing.
Shaoping, 4-night trip

Good location although a bit hard to find as it shares an entrance with another hotel. Excellent staff in the breakfast area. We had lovely custom made cappuccino each morning that best any machine made drink. Overall, staff were very friendly and helpful.

alexandro, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

Great location, only issue was the shower, hot water 3 seconds and cold water other 3 seconds, can not take a shower well at all, personnel at breakfast area very friendly
Sergio, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

We loved the area of the hotel. Our room was nice & big. They have an elevator but you still need to go up 2 flights of stairs to get to the rooms. You also need to go down more stairs to have breakfast. The last day we noticed a few small ants by the step to the washroom. Forgot to tell the front desk but I’m sure they would have taken care of it right away. The woman at the front desk was great. She tried so hard to get us a taxi after it rained & they were almost impossible to find. Great location. Loved the huge door.
Lynne, 3-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Nice place

It's very good for 2 star hotel. 24 hrs desk, great location, safe area. Basic rooms are small, although well organised. You can use small fridge and air conditioning. Shower is alright. The hot water flow isn't stable. However, it seems quite common situation in Rome in general. Even in 4 star hotels. Breakfast has limited options. Cappucino was great! I'd stay here again.
Natalia, 4-night trip

2/10 Terrible

The bed was terrible, noisy end formed by two single beds put together. The room was very small and the bath room very old and very small. The air conditionong had a to strong smell, and we had to turn it off for this reason
