A friend of mine were staying for one night, and it was in the middle of a heat wave. The air conditioning in the room was on the whole night, but we couldn't regulate it. The minimum was 19 degrees celsius. Even though it blew all night, and made a lot of noise, the room was so warm that I woke up with drops of sweat on my forehead, my upper lip and it looked like I had just showered! I of course immediately went to do just that, but the bathroom doesn't have ventilation either, so as soon as I was done showering, I started sweating again. When I checked the air condition, it had stopped blowing at full speed like I had programmed it to do before going to bed, and it blew hot air! It still said 19 degrees on the wall reader, so needless to say I did not enjoy my stay. This hotel is ill equipped for warm days. Do not stay there during the summer.
It was close to the metro though, so that was practical.
