UNDERWHELMED YET AGAIN!
Hill Valley never fails to disappoint!!
Hotels.com refused to refund my money after I entered an incorrect date by error. This is totally IMMORAL.
The hotel was virtually empty. My room was COLD on arrival. The TV did not work (wrong remote control left with TV!). No instructions on how to use the Nespresso machine.
Chairs in bar restaurant were grubby. My meal was incorrectly described on the menu; some of the food was hot. Some was cold. And served on a cold plate!
No condiments on the table.
Sound system playing piped music was totally distorted. Needs replacing.
Little things mean a lot in a 4* hotel. Hill Valley needs a major shake up and spruce up.
It's a shame they have the virtual monopoly on hotel accommodation in the Whitchurch area.
Premier Inn would be a better choice.
