The facility was being remodeled and ours was one of the last rooms waiting to be remodeled. The hotel was nearly empty at this point. Everything was a mess throughout the property. One night the fire alarm went off just as we were falling asleep. It turns out it was set off because of dust on the top floor. We waited outside for half an hour until the alarm was shut off. There was no hairdryer in the room so had to ask for one at the front desk.

Hotel was open under heavy construction, dumpsters and debris everywhere, leak from the ceiling outside my room in the hallway, room was serviceable but overall cleanliness was lacking

The property is undergoing extensive refurbishment. No pool, no hot tub, no breakfast, no reason for fire alarm going off at night so the fire department left with the alarm still blaring. At one point we were the only guests in the 150-room hotel. In the morning we saw three cars. The hotel was not secure. Our room had a missing lock. All floors undergoing renovation. We packed our car with our bags each day because too many people had access to rooms. Wait until the remodel is done to brave this hotel.

It actually wasn't bad at all for what we paid, but some construction was going so understandably, noise was worse than it should be. No Hot tub & No pool; also disappointing.

Room does need updates and the bathroom was kinda tough and the room had a cigarette smell. The beds were neat, clean and comfortable though.

The room was clean and bed was comfy. But there was NO HOT WATER. when I asked about it, the response was just yea, the hit water doesn't really work. Kind of intermittent. The website should say if they're not going to offer something basic like hot water.

NO HOT WATER!! Shower/tub mildew. Halls DIRTY. Stains on walls and carpet. Had to ask for soap to wash with cold water. Staff would not accommodate reimbursement. They stated that reimbursement has to come from Expedia. THIS PROPERTY SHOULD NOT BE TAKING RESERVATIONS.
Reimburse or we will NOT use Expedia again.

The staff is friendly and helpful, but the hotel needs maintenance and a refresher. In our room it appears that a leak is coming from the floor above and mold is starting to come through the drywall above the shower area. The key locks failed several times when we tried to open it with our card. The person staying next to us started knocking on our wall because they got locked into their room and their phone line wasn’t working. We killed two small bugs in the restroom. The remote control was missing a battery, I didn’t report this issue. The hotel is located in a great area and would benefit from an owner investment. I will not be staying here anytime soon.
