The property was beautiful. The location was perfect as it was an easy and short walk into town. Our room was on the smaller side super deluxe partial ocean view. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. Housekeeping could have been better as they only made beds and replaced towels. We had a 6 night stay and I don’t feel our room was cleaned. They had a power outage for a few hours which was inconvenient but overall we would recommend the hotel.

We loved our stay here! It is in a perfect location in Sorrento, just outside of the hustle and bustle but so easily walkable to the main streets. Overall, loved it! The highlight of this hotel is absolutely the pool area. They have a superb pool with an incredible view of sorrento town centre, the ocean and mt Vesuvius. The restaurant by the pool was fantastic with great quality food. Only let down for me was that the bathroom had mould, which was really not acceptable for a four star hotel when you’re paying £400 a night (the staff did come and clean it when we complained). The walk in to town isn’t far at all and I’d prefer this location rather than being in the middle of town. The only other issue was that the hotel is absolutely full of mosquitoes and they don’t make any effort to prevent them- they could at least burn some lemon candles or similar.
