We had very heavy luggage as we had been on a cruise prior to staying at this hotel. We requested to be on the second floor, however, this hotel does not have an elevator and no one helped us with our luggage up two flights of stairs...We will never stay at this hotel again and we do to recommend it to anyone.

The room was nice and bed comfortable. Not conveniently located for many places to eat but, was referred to a great Hamburger place within walking distance. No shuttle to airport available but, the front desk did arrange for taxi to pickup for early flight and it was very close to airport. Front desk clerks were very nice and helpful. Nice place to stay and very affordable.

Loved the hotel overall. Front desk employee was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very busy but well stocked and perfectly adequate. There is no airport shuttle but the front desk arranged a taxi for me that arrived right on time. The only part that was slightly inconvenient is that there are very limited options for dining around. The front desk recommended a restaurant that was about a 5 min walk away. The food was quite good and they even had live music which was fun but the walk was not well lit at night and crossing the road was a little difficult.

Very nice hotel, the room was great and beds were comfortable. We did have a dog with us so there was an extra fee. If you use expedia, it's important to contact the hotel in advance because only the first floor allows pets. Parking and hotel access was good, we were happy with our service from the staff. Breakfast got the job done. We would definitely stay again.

If you want an affordable hotel close to the airport, need a very clean, newly renovated room and access to a free laundry room (only one washer and dryer); but don't mind an older facility (old corridor, no elevator, broken ice machine, floor noise insulation not so great, etc) and a free breakfast with not quality products, this is your place. My stay was business related and not for pleasure, so I was satisfied of my accommodation.
