Great one night stay

Only stayed one night but the suite was beautiful and the view amazing. We did try to swim as the pool says it is heated but it was too cold for us..... didn't spoil out stay though and breakfast was great.

- I booked normal room but the view was disappointed to me, I requested to change the room to lake view , but the receptionist didn't provide professional services, he charged me big amount including the Hotel.com commision, he urged me to pay it to the hotel, which is against Hotel.com rules and regulation. - Lake view fantastic as well as breakfast.

Harika

Temiz, keyifli ve konforlu bir gece geçirdik. Balkon manzarası muhteşem, jakuzi sorunsuz çalışıyor. Sıcak su problemi yok. Kahvaltısı ise çok güzeldi. Bölgede çok sık elektrik kesiliyor fakat otelin jeneratörü hemen devreye girdiği için o da sorun olmuyor. Ek bilgi otele kışın gidecekler için mutlaka kış lastikleri ile gitsinler hatta yanlarında zincir bulundursunlar. Çok dik yokuşlarla ulaşıldığı için sorun yaratabilir. Biz bu güzel ağırlama için teşekkür ediyoruz.

Güzel bir butik otel, ama baya bir tepede bulunuyor. Araba biraz zorlanıyor fakat manzara mükemmel, Sapanca gölü manzarası tek kelimeyle harika. Kahvaltı mükemmel, herşey özel hazırlamış. Dikkat edelmesi konular, odamız 30m2 diye rezervasyon yaptık fakat hiçte 30m2 deyil, en fazla 20m2. Odardan baya konuşma sesleri geliyor, izalasyon biraz düşük.
