Great room, convenient location

The room was spacious with big windows overlooking the canal. The room was clean and really confortable. The hotel is not in the city center, but conveniently located near a metro/train/tram station. The staff was friendly. The hotel has a really great vibe, with sofas and chairs in the lobby, and a cafe on the ground floor. I would book this hotel again.

I didn’t expect so many students studied in the lobby, occupied the space. Room is okay, but the mattress is not that comfortable. I am quite happy on the shower, good in water pressure and temperature.

I loved everything about Hotel Casa Amsterdam. Employees are very professional and kind. The Hotel is closed to the train and tram station and that's good and even easy to arrive in the city center. Hotel Casa Amsterdam is located in a really quiet area which makes the hotel staying better. We made check in and check out in an very fast way and that's also reallly good.

Perfect place not very friendly restaurant staff

Perfect place , very clean and room super comfortable. Hotel is really good and all the amenities inside as well. Friendly staff and great location small walk to supermarket and Amstel Station. Only thing that was negative was the peoplw feom the restaurant after check out that did not let us eat our food in the restaurant and made us feel very uncomfortable to eat on the reading table, I wanted to order at least drink to be able to seat but they don’t even ask me if I could do that, one nice guy said was ok then anothe guy and lady remove us, this situation was very unpleasant on our check out , we were of our luggage and everything moving around, they were very rude.
