I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The beautiful décor and serene environment made it a truly special experience. A true Italian palazzo!! The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable visit. From start to finish, our stay was wonderful. Laura and Samantha were both so kind and helpful. We felt very valued and welcome throughout our entire stay. Our room was meant to be for three adults and it was extremely spacious. Also, it was beautifully appointed in traditional Italian style. The on-site cafe and garden was a favorite spot for us in the morning for breakfast and to sip a very well made Aperol spritz after a day of exploring. The service was excellent there as well. A beautiful hotel in the centre of everything, I will highly recommend Palazzo Feroci to anyone I know who might be visiting Pisa. Thank you for everything! Molto bene!

I loved everything about my stay here. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was like staying in a mini apartment. The hotel had a nice restaurant right outside and was in walking distance to the markets and the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Great customer service too! The hotel stayed in constant contact with me and even provided a guide of where to go and what to eat in the area. I only stayed one night but would definitely stay here again.
