"Would have rated 4.5 if possible.
This is a lovely hotel and certainly deserves its 5-star rating. Facilities were vast and of a high quality.
We were a family of 6 staying all-inclusive. It included all meals and unlimited drinks and ice cream (other snacks were limited).
Food quality was ok not amazing. Standard buffets were substantial in range if not quality. The Japanese a la carte was good although Acai restaurant for dinner wasnt great with very slow service. Some felvioujs cocktails and mocktails were always available.
Entertainment was limited but fun - mostly for children with wonderful staff who kept our kids entertained.
We had family sea view rooms. Comfortable and good amentieies with lovely views. Not the largest and TV limited for English speakers but not an issue. The 'free' mini bar was a nice touch but some more snacks and less drinks woukd have been appreciated.
Pool was simple but clean and warm. Never had an issue finding a sunbed. Pool service was appreciated.
Overall a great hotel and one we would visit agian."
"An absolutely amazing hotel. From check in with cold towels and welcome drinks to the time we checked out there was nothing we could fault. Beautiful bedrooms with comfortable beds and powerful showers, friendly, efficient staff, amazing food and plenty of choices at the buffets all of high standards. Lovely swimming pools, always clean, not too loud, attentive lifeguards that were friendly- honestly this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in. After the stay when back in larnaca at our holiday home, my son realised he forgot his teddy. The hotel went above and beyond to find him (he ended up in the laundry) and we went and picked him up! Highly recommend this hotel, even if you just do a couple of nights like we did. It’s worth every penny! We will definitely come back again next year! "
