La calle que va al mar no es muy limpia, en especial, la zona de los contenedores de basura, a la altura de la entrada de las instalaciones del Gimnasio de Le Club.

2/10 Poor

Myself and my daughter had zero hot water the whole 7 nights we were there!!! Paid extra a night to have a kitchenette…..fridge duct-taped shut and 2 burner hot plate wouldn’t even turn on! No kitchen sink….no microwave….nothing! I had to ask front desk to “open” the fridge I paid for…..tried to tell them about no hot water even using my translator and they acted like they didn’t understand even that! DID NOT use the pool as everyone was coming out with a blue back!!! Yes….blue! I will never stay here again! I have zero clue where all the 5 star reviews are coming from! I was there for an international event too so thought it would be decent! The week couldn’t end fast enough!

Middle of the road.
The hotel itself is in a good location. The Walmart is right in front and you’ve got a bar and sushi place next door. Overall the hotel was dirty. The in room fridge was dirty and look like it had mold on it. Super nasty so I didn’t even use it. When I inquired about getting a new one the guy at the front seat said they charge a fee to use it so I left it alone. I wasn’t in the room much to be honest. But if you just want to crash for the night this place is comfortable enough.

4/10 Fair

Everything was close, beach, food, restaurants. I was charged additional fees when arrived. Elevator waits were over 20 minutes at times. Beds were VERY uncomfortable.

4/10 Fair

Instalaciones viejas y descuidadas. El estacionamiento se llenó y me mandaron a Walmart y tuve que pagar 100 pesos por día de estacionamiento. Walmart está del otro lado de la calle y cuesta mucho trabajo pasar, no hay semáforo.

2/10 Poor

This Hotel is in a very bad shape, in the reception they Did not Honor the reservation as they bounced from one individual to another, even if I showed the print out of the Expedia confirmation. They even did not call Expedia to clarify. The towel had holes, the sheets had stains sorrowful experience. You can get a decent hotel in Acapulco for half the price

4/10 Fair

The property is in bad condition. The beds were hard like if they were cement. The security staff were rude and condescending. The pool area you can’t bring anything not even water. You are forced to buy everything and the security are on top of you to pay. Also you can’t bring wine or anything glass into your room. The value is not worth paying.
