Everything was great from the moment we arrived, staff took our bags, parked our car, no queue at reception. The whole check in experience was seamless and the hotel and our room was spotless. Love this hotel and you must have dinner in the Catalina restaurant. The staff are fabulous so friendly and knowledgable. We met the head chef who was so welcoming and interesting, I really enjoyed our chat. Breakfast was gorgeous, lots of choice and proper breakfast sausages, we will be back!!!

Had a brilliant two night stay! Greeted at the entrance and bags carried in for us, all staff were so pleasant and helpful, the inside and outside of the hotel are stunning and plenty of nice walks around the grounds. Really cant say enough about the place, room was right beside the spa/gym area and the food in Blayney's and the Catalina was so good! Will definitely be back in the future.
