pro: I like this property, I came here for so many years (before covid) and it is still my go-to hotel when I'm in Dessau to visit my family. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet is ok.; the location, special all the parks are amazing; very safe con:you had to ask for cleaning solutions before entering the breakfast room, no social distance at all; restaurant is always booked, you have to make reservations days in advance?! We stayed in a nicely renovated room, on a floor with "Bathrobe-bridge" that connects the hotel with a spa. Everything was perfect for us. A hotel restaurant was quite good for dinner, people at reception always friendly and swimming pool had a decent swimming area + a kik-ass river stream

Not a good experience
The rooms are nice and big. The spa needs a renovation. There’s only old people at this hotel so not really nice for someone under 60 years. No one in the staff speaks a word of English so you need to be German to go there or know the German language. Food was not good at all.
