Not worth it
I’m baffled by the 5-star ratings and the 9/10 ranking for this property. The food is nearly identical every day, with only 10-20% variation from breakfast to dinner, and the quality is subpar for the majority of it. While the drinks and service are acceptable, they don’t justify the 600-800 Euros per night price tag. You can easily find better service and quality at other true 5-star resorts.

It was our first time staying at this resort and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. We had seen reviews where people have returned more than once and we are not surprised. The hotel is beautiful with so many facilities and amazing entertainment every night which is not to be missed. We were kindly upgraded to a sea view room. If you are planning a holiday with kids then this is a great safe spot with lots of activities to keep them entertained, and a special kids fun area, games room and a separate pool with water slides. If you're coming as a couple then this is a great resort as you still get privacy as the resort is so big and its a relaxing environment overall. The food was nice with quite a lot of options however the buffet restaurant should have labels clearly stating Vegetarian options as my husband and I almost ate something that had meat in it and it was not visible at all. The breakfast was my favourite and the daily selection of desserts, fresh fruit and salads were the best! If you eat meat you will enjoy their daily barbeque for dinner. The hotel did have a couple of power cuts however it was at no fault of their own and they worked hard to resolve it with minimum disruption and open communication. Overall the hotel was clean and the staff were polite and helpful and we had a lovely time.

Over all: Outstanding Experience. * Calista hotel is by far the best 5 starts hotel I have visited in Antalya. * All the hotel facility and amenities are top notch, the services are great, the rooms are big, furnished and decorated very well. * There are tons of daily activities that fits everyone( children, adults, sports/athletics, etc.). I liked the gym and cross fit classes. * The food is amazing and high quality. There’s a wide variety of food made fresh everyday. * The entertainment show at amphitheater is very good, and there’s a different DJ every night at the charm beach club… I liked the daily live music (DJ) at charm club, they play amazing music. * All the hotel crew are polite, nice and very helpful. * A very big and Special (thank you) to the following people: * Guest service and guest relation teams. * Sport Academy: Gulay @ the gym. * Sport Academy: katya, the cross fit training. Great experience
Overall, it was a great experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The hotel maintained a high level of cleanliness, and the food exceeded our expectations in terms of both taste and quality. Given our high expectations prior to our visit, we were not disappointed in the least. Additionally, other restaurants, apart from the open buffet, were also great, though there is room for improvement in the Italian à la carte restaurant. The night entertainment was also fun, and we had a great time. I recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!

Calista is a fantastic resort. From the moment we arrived to departure the service and staff were great, ensuring every request and need was catered to. Our room was large abd spacious and everywhere was exceptionally clean. Food and drink was high quality, premium brands and the sushi restaurant was awesome. Buffet restaurant was one of the best I’ve been to. Lastly the resort entertainment was really good, very impressive production in the evenings and good daytime agenda. Thanks to the Calista team, we hope to be back.

We had an amazing experience at the resort.. Wonderful service. Everything was taken care of even before there was a need to request for something. Special call out to the Kids club who ensured that my daughter was taken care of the whole time with engaging experiences

A wonderful hotel .. and the rooms are clean and beautiful .. At first we took a room and we did not like the view, and they were very cooperative and gave us a room with the most beautiful view .. The variety of food is nice
