The staff were lovely and the hotel is in a great location. Accommodation wasn’t worth the money I paid ( yes it was for the F1). The condition of the room was fine but lack of cleaning, and when I was it happened at 4pm. The beds were horrible and I hardly slept the first 2 nights. If you’re looking for a good budget hotel this is the place.

Ich buchte ein Zimmer für 3 Personen. Auf der Expedia Homepage gab ich das Alter unserer Tochter mit 14 Jahren an. Bei Ankunft im Hotel musste ich zunächst den Aufpreis bezahlen, da Sie als Erwachsen eingestuft wurde - Okay. Jedoch stand kein Bett für Sie zur Verfügung. Sie sollte im 2 Erwachsenen Personen im Queensize Bett schlafen und den vollen Erwachsenen Betrag bezahlen. Nach langer Diskussion erhielten wir ein Zustellbett für Sie. Alternativ hätten wir ein weiteres Zimmer vor Ort buchen müssen.

I took the king deluxe but the room was so small. The headboard of the bed is dangerous as it’s a solid board with a gap in between the bed that we got hurt few times while getting up from sleep forgetting there’s a gap. There was no iron available to iron our clothes or had any storage to store away our luggage. The room is not sound proof so couldn’t sleep properly at night can hear noise from outside. The only good thing was the service lady stored water and snacks for us when we asked .Overall ddnt like the stay.

This is a fine place to stay, with friendly staff. They courteously gave me a late checkout time on my last day. My room was clean and moderately spacious, with a double bed although I was there alone. A minor annoyance was a light switch behind the pillows, leading to me accidentally switching on the main room light during the night. The addition of a luggage rack would be useful, especially as there was plenty of room for one. The free minibar was appreciated. I have stayed here before and I shall stay again.

As long as you understand this is not a 4/5 star property, it is easy to see how this hotel provides good value for money. The rooms are bare bones but you have all the basics. The staff is really nice and helpful. Rooms show that they are dated for sure but suffices for a place to get some rest. Be aware that the small connected restaurant does not open until 8 am. The location cannot be beat. Really close to several malls and lots of dining options. Also very close to multiple MRT stations and there is a bus stop right in front.

The hotel was excellent value for money given its very central location, ideal for all sightseeing, room quality and facilities. An additional bonus was that the contents of the mini-bar were free. The staff were courteous and helpful. The only aspect that was not so good was the onsite cafe due to the lack of Western food and the staff member's ability to understand English.

I had a very comfortable stay at Victoria Hotel! My room was clean, well-maintained, and spacious for a 1-person room. The AC worked well and the bed was comfortable. It was pretty quiet too, I didn't hear too much noise. I liked that there was a restaurant adjacent to the hotel; it was convenient for quick breakfasts. The location of the hotel was very convenient too. You could easily walk to many shopping/dining locations, and it was just a 5-minute walk from MRT stations.

The property is decent enough. A wardrobe needs to be fixed in all rooms . The light above the bed was very bright and it needs to be dim. There should have been 2 chairs in the room instead of just 1. It was a nice gesture of the property to refil the minibar daily. If possible house keeping staff needs to provide plates and cutlery in the room. The jet spray in the wash room needs to affixed on the right side instead of left. Overall we had a decent stay and though singapore is an expensive country ,the price we paid for this property was worth.

The air conditioner was directly opposite the bed which out a cold vreeze on you all night. We tried adjusting the blades but made no difference. I wnded uo sleepi g the other end of the bed. We had a king size bed and duvet was too small so we spent most of the night cold and wirh no duvet. Shower was not very clean and musty smell in the room. Would not stay again.

Family with a toddler.
It was one night stay to fly next day. I will not recommend this hotel, it was pricey and the restroom was dirty and moldy. They also need to take care of the AC, I could see a layer of dust. It is well located and I believe this is the reason for the price.
