Heading out on a cruise
The room was super streamlined, clean and very comfortable. The host was great, he let us in early and even gave us a call to call incase we went out and got lost. The hotel is really close to the port making it easy to walk to the cruise ship.

It was very nice and convenient for us because the Bus Terminal for our Cruise Ship was right around the corner. The Manager was very friendly and there was a terrific Pizza Joint right next door. I would definitely recommend it.

Beyond great service!
Wonderful customer service! The hotel was so helpful to schedule a taxi to pick us up at the train station and waited as we were later than originally planned. John assisted us with our bags and made sure we got settled in ok. Have stayed here before and would choose this property again . Highly recommend

Thanks for the amazing stay!! Because of our flight being cancelled and the hotel we were at was fully booked! We made a reservation last minute and they had a room ready for us right away!! So we had sone place to go!! Staff are super helpful ! Rooms and hotel overall were very clean!! If I return to Italy I would come back to this hotel!!

Close to the port
Digital check in went well. The room is small however the bathroom is quite large. The only issue I have is that the shuttle service provided is misleading as I thought it was included. The up charge to have the hotel book shuttle service is high so I booked thru Uber which was quite a bit cheaper.

I have to say I was pleasantly suprised by this hotel! It started with our shuttle driver Tony, he kept in touch with me and was right there when we arrived in Rome. He made us feel very comfortable and the vehicle was very nice. Luka and his beautiful daughter made us feel like family. The hotel was so clean and just right for our stay. And not to mention so convenient if you are taking a cruise out of Civitavvechia (I am sure I misspelled that)

The hotel itself was cute, quiet and clean. We were picked up at the airport and got to drive through the country to get there. Luca was kind and very informative. It is right around the corner from the pickup spot for cruises and near a lot of shops and food. It was fantastic!

We stayed here the night before our cruise. It is literally steps from the shuttles to the cruise. There are plenty of restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. Luca arranged our transportation from the airport to the hotel and it was flawless. Luca is very friendly and eager to help. The continental breakfast was perfect. The room was clean, a little bland, comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Overall an excellent stay and would highly recommend, especially if you need a night to stay prior to a cruise.

Lovely, clean hotel with friendly service
Beautiful, clean, crisp white room with an amazing shower and tons of towels. Super helpful and friendly service at the hotel. Fabulous car service that picked us up at Fiumicino airport in Rome at an extra cost but so worth it. Literally a less than 5 minute walk to the free cruise shuttle bus that takes you to the cruise port. Just show your cruise documents at the gated area and on the shuttle you go.

Location and rooms were very clean and towels are very nice .Great trip from the airport to hotel wit their shuttle … this spot is great if your cruising bc it’s a 3 min easy walk to free shuttle bus to ur cruise ship … pizza on corner is amazing and they take credit … No ATMS nearby
