Comfortable, spacious, and welcoming. Close to the cathedral and walkable from both the train station and to the centre of town. Of note, the service at the front desk was exceptional. Friendly and helpful (even with the odd request of helping fix a gift bag that had come unstuck, helping with access to the room slightly early, and in knowledgeable advice and recommendations for the area. The cafe opposite is also recommended by a friend who lives near Amiens, and the florist along the road into town is also to be highly recommended.

Excellent location. Walking easy to sites, dining, groceries store, parks, Very convenient. View of the church right infront of hotel. The hotel had an odd odor when you entered. No idea what it was. It can be noisy at night outside. It had a restaurant attached. We never had a chance to use it but it looked great.

Great hotel

Great location with a great view of the cathedral. Excellent staff who were really friendly and helpful. Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary soft drinks in the room. Great selection for breakfast from cooked to continental. Just what we needed after camping watching the Tour de France. No on sight parking but you can use the spaces in the neighbouring streets which although state time restrictions, you can use the app and overpay which I did for 2 days parking.

Granddaughters trip

Beautiful hotel across from the cathedral or Basilica as it’s sometime cold. Parking very close. Some shopping. We were too late for dinner which they stop serving and restaurants at 9:30. That sound a restaurant recommended by the pizzeria that stays open till I think 1 AM. It was decorated so cool, and the food was wonderful, it’s behind the cathedral on one of the side streets. I think the name was speakeasy, not positive on that.

Anyone fancy a cold shower every day!!

Having stayed at hotels all over the world, this is the first time I have stayed in a highly rated hotel where there is no hot water provided to the room. Three days into a 4 day stay and they still cannot provide hot water. Not great having a cold shower in winter time!! The hotel does not seem to be doing anything to resolve the issue despite them saying day after day that it has been sorted out. I am not isolated in this issue as all 6 collegaues booked into the hotel have the same problem.
