The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. English is spoken!
The hotel is situated at the Northern end of Bardolino close to the camping site (note no noise from the site) and the lakeside path to Garda (40 minutes walk). The hotel overlooks the Lake with a road between the hotel and the Lake. Again very little noise from the road. It is approximately 10 minutes walk into the centre of Bardolino, with its many shops, and the ferry terminal.
We only stayed bed and breakfast so I am unable to comment about the evening menu but the breakfast buffet contained cereals, fruit, cheeses, ham, toast, beans, bacon, scrambled eggs etc and was plentiful (served 7.30 - 10.00 am).
The room was pleasant, clean and sufficiently large. We had booked a 'lake view' room and this was a little disappointing as the room only had a corner window, so the lake was only visible if you stood in the window. There was no balcony.
The bed was a little too firm for us! Also the air conditioning was not working at the time but this is probably normal for the time of year, but Easter was unusually warm.
Overall a pleasant stay.
