Beautiful building, lovely staff
The room wasn’t in the hotel’s main building, but it was located in a charming, historic structure. It was clean, spacious, and the staff were wonderful. The bed was decent, though not very comfortable—it was a memory foam mattress that felt a bit uneven. Despite that, it was an excellent stay overall.

Nice hotel in a good area of the city. Small room for a family of four adults. Costly considering the size of the room. No kettle no tea no coffee usually a 3 star hotel has the kettle/coffee/tea making facilities. Staff were kind and helpful. They allows you to leave your luggage behind after check in. I suppose for one night it’s okay.

Clean but small for a family
We got a junior suite for our family of 4. It was on the 3rd floor with a Queen bed, and 2 twin beds. It was very tight as there wasn't much space to spread out. It was fine for a couple of nights but not more than that...unless you have small children or a couple. The location was good as we were able to find good restaurants and the main attractions are nearby. Close to the waterbus/vaporetto station as it was only 5 mins walk from the S. Zaccaria station.

Beautiful hotel
We had a lovely junior suite room for our stay here. The hotel is gorgeous and overlooking a canal. Our room was large with an incredibly comfortable bed. The only problem was the people above us were incredibly noisy banging around in the wee hours of the morning, but thats hardly the hotel’s fault!

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, and the room was meticulously updated. My only complaint is the AC was either freezing or nothing. Auto fan would be appreciated. The breakfast was convenient. Coffee was good. The food was average.

The hotel is exactly what it sets out to be. No great frills or graces but good value and honest. staff could not have been more helpful. Location is great (sort of a hidden gem actually) room a bit tired and no great view but I am being a bit picky as i didn't spend much time in the room or looking out of the window. i have stayed in Venice many times and at the big name 5 star places but this would rate highly against them. No fuss no drama just quiet efficient clean and as a big endorsement from me .. I would stay there again...
