Everything about this hotels was exceptional, from the initial reception, hotel facilities, rooms, pool area. The staff where truly amazing with nothing too much effort to accommodate you. The location was perfect for walking into the Old Town, where there are over 450 restaurants to choose from. Probable one of the top 3 hotels we have ever stayed in and going to be very difficult to surpass.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Hotel was immaculate and luxurious and could not ask for a better position minutes from the old town. Room fabulous but no daily bottle of water which we would expect from a 5* hotel. Minor disappointment was the lack of sun beds which meant we could not use the pool only once so went to the beach most days. Breakfast ran out of items and orange juice for the first few days of our stay but overall the hotel is beautiful with the perfect location.

This is a fantastic place to stay when visiting Rhodes. Not only are the hotel's location and amenities extraordinary, what really makes this the best place to stay are the people. From the gentlemen who meet you when you first arrive, the helpful front desk team, the genuine care extends to the housekeeping staff, the people who make the dining experiences the best. The team who make the pool experience relaxing and manage the dining experience throughout your stay are exceptional. If going to to Rhodes, this should be your place to stay and a base for you explore the island.

a fine hotel that is made great by amazing staff

this is an amazing hotel. The facilities are fine, although the room isn't very big, pillows are a bit flat, a/c wasn't very cool and we had a problem with the shower door our last morning, but the location is excellent...easy walk to the port and to the old town, but most of all, the staff is amazing...they make this a great hotel! Special shout out to Christiana and Kiki, and to George and to Adonis, and to Irene in food services...and there are others...who made our stay memorable and something we'd LOVE to be able to repeat.

The fruit had flies all over it in the morning for breakfast. A fan would have helped. The carpeting in the room was stained and there was no place to hang a wet bathing suit. The rooftop bar was wonderful and the people were very accommodating.

A fantastic place to stay near the old town

My stay was fantastic. I really enjoyed the pool area, the breakfast was great and being so close to the old town was magnificent. The people who worked there were also so welcoming and nice. I talked a bit with Antonina who showed me the room, and she did everything perfect. Told me all relevant info, gave tips and was very nice. The man I assume was the boss (I don’t remember his name) is also a guy who just spread joy among the people who work there and the guests. There was a nice live concert which I enjoyed greatly. I recommend this hotel!

Disappointing Stay - Not Family Friendly and Below

hotel and was thoroughly disappointed. From the start, the reception experience was poor. The receptionist did not offer any help, not even providing water or milk for our baby, making it clear that the hotel is not family-friendly. The room was extremely small and felt cramped. The entire hotel is outdated, with old furniture that needs replacing. The quality of service was subpar, with housekeeping inconsistent and slow to respond to requests. Overall, this hotel should be classified as a 3-star establishment. It fell far below my expectations and did not offer the comfort or service I anticipated. I would not recommend it for families or anyone seeking a pleasant stay.

Rodos Park a recommended base for the Old Town.

Amazing hotel. Location 10 minutes walk from the Old Town of Rhodes. Welcome drink on arrival. Room clean and bed very comfortable. Requested change of pillows as need a firm pillow, this was done with no fuss. Lovely view of the old town walls from the balcony of the room. Very atmospheric. Staff very helpful and friendly in the pool bar, the breakfast service and reception. Reception staff helped with booking of tours and taxis. As requested. Had a very good lunch by the pool. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants in the old town so plenty of choice. The archeological museum is very interesting and you can get a ticket which also admits you to 3 more buildings within the Old Town. We took a coach to Lindos to see the acropolis. Would suggest you read about visiting before going as it can be very busy at times and there is a steep climb with around 250 steps. We would certainly return to Rhodes and definitely book the same hotel again.

Average to very high price (overpriced)

Good location in quiet area, still very close to town, beach and buses. Had a (very expensive) suite for a week, nice room but dated and in need of speedy refresh, upgrade and improvements. Broken glass-doors, curtains felt like from the 80s (and unclean), fridge was so small you could not press a water-bottle in, quite big balcony but just 2 uncomfy cheap chairs, nowhere to hang wet towels and swimwears. Breakfast room to small for all guests, not enough tables to accommodate all guests, breakfast a bit poor (compared with other hotels in the area). Prices in restaurant and bars was ridiculous high, 4 double the price for a bottle of water than in nearby hotels. Probably why the hotel was empty in the evenings, very boring to be in a nice designed bar, and splendid roof-top bar, without guests. Staff did what they could, barman Manolis is very nice and supportive, felt really welcomed by him. Plenty of unused space to remake/reuse for the benefit of the guests (like the spacious unused library). Luxurious boutique hotel feeling is not about highest price, but highest quality of services. Guess the pandemic hit the hotel quite hard.
