Absolutely wonderful place to call home for a ski vacation. Outstanding continental breakfast, great on-site restaurant, super clean, incredibly friendly staff. Ski and boot storage, and the free in town bus stop is 100 steps away.

We were able to check in early, which was a big plus. Plenty of parking was available. Food at the restaurant was good. Communication was a bit of a challenge, since we spoke English and the staff mostly spoke French but there was a man at the bar/restaurant who spoke English. The elevator is a bit small and the winding road to drive to the hotel was a challenge but the place is beautiful up in the mountains.

Room 112 not to recommend, thick and stuffy air quality without a view. Better pay more to get an upgrade. Shower head is broken and does Not stay in its position. Hotel itself is beautiful and the pool / staff is great

I didn’t like the room at all. It is horrible. The heater in the bathroom where you hang the towels was really dirty . I had to clean it myself to be able to put there a cloth that I washed. The service of the lady at the breakfast was the only highlight. She smiled at me and was nice.

Alles sehr sympathisch
Das Hotel und Inventar ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dennoch sehr gemütlich. Der Empfang war sehr nett, und das Frühstück lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Zudem konnten unsere e-Bikes in einem Seitengang aufladen, was uns wichtig war. Ein hierzu geeigneter kleiner Raum wäre allerdings noch praktischer.
