We're delighted. The apartment was large and clean. Easy to get to and from downtown Paris and the airport. RER is close Le Raincy is fantasic. 2 normal supermarkets, bakeries and fresh fruit and little parks all down the street, normal stuff is calm and easy. Staff at the property were very nice, check in and out all went very easily. It was a great stay.

We were surprised to learn that this apartment building is a retirement community. Contrary to what its listing says, it has no parking. The exterior doors are locked from 8 pm to 9 am.

A really spacious and modern appartment in a residential area, sharing common spaces with a seniors home. The price we paid was great and we didnt mind the longer train ride into Paris. There weren't a lot of amenities though - the kitchen only had breadknives and no cutting board, no laundry, and the gym was only accessible to the senior residents.

Did not have the equipment to accept payments via international credit cards even though they’re listed on Expedia, where anyone in the world might book a reservation. Staff barely spoke English so you’ll struggle if you don’t speak any French. Not recommended for non-local visitors.

We used public transportation to access the property and it was just 10 minutes to the train station. One train to downtown Paris. There are shops, restaurants and groceries within 5-7 mins walk. The room was super clean and very modern. I would recommend staying there with a family. We arrived after 8pm, but the manager was waiting for a communication from us and let us in the gate from the street.

The location is great and the local neighborhood gave us a sense of community. The apartment is quite spacious. I really enjoyed the water pressure in the shower. We feel lucky for finding this nice place in Paris. It’s away from the central Paris about only 10 minutes walking distance from the train station. Nice bakeries around the area and a big supermarket is 20 minutes walking distance. Rooms are big and it has a nice kitchen. People are super friendly and helpful, especially the young gentleman at the front desk. Beds are very comfortable, high quality bedding materials. Feel safe walking down the street after dark since it’s in a safe residential area. The price of the room is super low compare to those in central Paris. It’s more like a comfy apartment to us. Will come back again!

Really cute, really safe little hotel attached to an old-folks home. Perfect distance away from Paris that it's not overwhelming and actually incredibly calm and pleasant. Bakery right across the street was absolutely amazing! Fresh breakfast every morning! Parking isn't easy though so either prepare to take the metro a lot or rent a small car.
