Typical small town motel with great customer servi
We came for a business trip. Upon check-in, we had excellent customer service. The front desk clerk was able to give us up-to-date information on what was going on in town and what were the good restaurants to go eat. Once we got to the room, it seemed recently Updated. The beds were exceptionally comfortable when we come back in a few months to do another meeting we will definitely stay at the same property..

This place is so much better since the remodel! The only negatives were that sometimes the bathroom door got stuck and I couldn’t open it even with all my might, and the walls were thin so I could hear anyone in any room next to mine.

Needed a place to stay while traveling on business. Great location for my needs. On the main strip of town. Close to Walmart and the areas available restaurants. Check in process was quick. Very large and clean room with a comfortable bed. Property is dated but you can see they have been making a lot of improvements.

Spur of the moment trip left us sleepy in Mena and looking for a bed last minute. We found this little spot and it looks like an older motel that they are fixing up. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The staff was friendly and there was a coffee maker in the room.
