Fethiye is a beautiful destination, and this is a great place to be close to it all. The manager is fantastic, speaks great English (he lived in Canada for a while), and he can help direct you to anything you might need. In our case, Air Canada aggressively lost our luggage after bumping us from the flight we had booked 9 months in advance, so I needed clothes and arch supports, and she needed medication. He told us exactly where to go and who to see, and he knew the perfect place for my vegetarian lady to have delicious food.
Like every Turkish hotel I stayed in this trip, the beds are on the hard side, and they only give you one blanket, which is different than the American style of one thin blanket topped by a comforter. Also, the Turks don't seem to believe in fabric softener, so the blankets and towels are hard. The all-in-one bathroom and shower was a bit dated, though functional. This place offers clean, simple rooms, so don't expect the creature comforts of the Ritz, but a budget-conscious traveler can hardly do better than here.
Parking is touchy: basically, the manager occupies a few spots on a covered up roadside with his cars, and when you need to park, tell him so he can run down and make you room.
I would stay there again.
