The room was uncomfortable with a broken A/C machine. Very hot when asked if it could be fixed they lied and said all rooms were like this once we checked other rooms that wasn’t true. Owner and staff went out of their way to ruin our wedding.we paid for 100 people dinner but because we are Muslim and they couldn’t make their minimum 25,000 pp alcohol sales they treated us as if we weren’t paying customers! Food was overcooked and tasteless ! The Service manager Ferister did her best to accommodate us but unfortunately due to the service and quality of what we paid for we won’t ever return there. Terrible communication and customer service ! Only looking for ways to charge their customers more. If you’re looking to host an event go to sun n sand they definitely have better customer service and delicious food. Overall the beach is beautiful here and in good condition.
