The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The location is great for walking to attractions in the Old Quarter. The room was nice but a bit noisy at times when guests were checking in or leaving.

This was my first stop at Vietnam during my travels. Great central location with the Old Quarter right on its doorstep. The hotel has a lovely feel to it, price is reasonable and the staff were so lovely and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they helped me during my stay and with my onwards travel. I enjoy staying at Sono so much and as a solo traveller I felt very safe. Communication with the hotel was excellent from the outset, I just wish I could’ve stayed longer. Would highly recommend.

Os funcionários são extremamente gentis e educados, destaque para os rapazes da recepção no turno da noite. O café da manhã é pobre em opções e o local poderia ser melhorado. O banheiro exalava um cheiro ruim, quando você abre a porta sente o odor desagradável. NÃO FIQUE NO QUARTO 206, é muito próximo da recepção e não tem porta separando a recepção do andar dos quartos, então o barulho de conversa é constante. Como só reparei na primeira noite e sairia na próxima não me dei ao trabalho de.pedir para trocar.
