The place naturally amazing, the hospitality service needs to be enhanced, the team are welling to serve they are friendly , they fulfil all requests but you need to ask , The food is ok , not the best but it is ok. Special thanks to Sevval And Ege.

Very ordinary

The biggest problem was poor of reception, and Wifi did not really work properly. Room was ok, when we checked in, they did not give us the room type that we booked, so we asked them to switch us to Superior room Lake View which we paid for, and they did. That was not proper service, everything else was ok, they did not have toiletries, very noisy outside because of the event, the pool was good.

Tesis güzel, göle nazır güzel bir manzarası var, araç park yeri mevcut. Restoranı var, içeride veya dışarıda Sapanca gölünü seyrederek yemek yiyebilir, kahvaltı yapabilirsiniz. Gördüğümüz en büyük olumsuzluk ise oldukça temiz olmasına rağmen tuvalet banyodan gelen koku idi. Sanırım foseptik var, oradan kaynaklanıyor.
