Property is beautiful and staff are incredible. It is a 15 minute walk into the main area of Bordeaux however if you plan to visit wineries and are driving yourself, this is a wonderful option as you can park your car here which isn’t an option at the hotels in the centre de ville. 5-star experience.

The staff was incredibly friendly and mostly had great follow through. We were a little bothered and surprised that we could not have a place to enjoy a glass of wine we had brought with my clients without paying huge corking fees. Also our room had a couple things not working - nothing major but we had to ask twice for it to be addressed. The restaurant is delicious, the valets were wonderful and the breakfast staff very detail oriented and great service.

A beautiful, clean and luxurious hotel with a wonderful spa and pool area served by extraordinary helpful and friendly staff and the restaurant was out of this world. Beautiful hotel with polite, friendly staff. Room was perfect and had three excellent nights sleep in a very comfortable bed. It's slightly outside of the main centre but there's a tram 10 minutes walk away so transport is available. A big plus was the size of the safe. Often in hotels the safe can be quite small but the room I stayed in had no problem accommodating a 15 inch laptop and camera equipment. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.
