"I was worried about staying here after our stay at the Ramada in Thunder Bay, but it was phenomenal for our family of 5. The two bathrooms and the loft were lifesavers. They were renovating so there are a few little things missing like a chair for the desk upstairs. The sauna in the women’s washroom was broken and I assume the hot tub was too since it was covered. The pool is so so, but we went to the water park so it was ok. Also, service could be faster. We ran out of toilet paper and had to ask twice and it took several hours. But I would 100% stay here again. The elevators are a bit small so might be hard to navigate in a wheel chair. "
