We have been visiting Krakow for many years to stay in old town. This was definitely one of the best places we have stayed over the years. Closer to all amenities. Will definitely be coming again.

Everything was perfect. Starting with a very warm welcome at the reception, through professional and very friendly service, and ending with breakfast, which was at the highest level. The room was very luxurious, with a mini bar, with a bathrobe. The bathroom with a free-standing bathtub made the greatest impression. I recommend it.

Wonderful hotel, room not as good as advertised
The hotel and room were amazing. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and polite, and the room was clean and spacious. My only gripe - we booked a deluxe room which clearly had a sofa and two normal windows judging by the photos on hotels.com, describing also a "separate sitting area". We instead had no view through a single slanted window and a pair of armchairs. It didn't ruin our stay.

Loved the room we were in - very nicely decorated. The hotel is very convenient to the Old Town, only a few minutes to everything. Only downside is no parking onsite, but they park rhe car for you, so still convenient. Definitely recommend.

Very comfortable rooms. Nice staff. Be aware that you need a physical credit card to pay the security deposit - they don't accept Google/Apple pay -fortunately I had a physical card with me. There was unfortunately a bit of noise from the street, but I suppose that's to be expected with a busy city centre hotel.
