Beautiful rural setting, quiet and peaceful. Not easily reachable by public transport. If you have a car, no problem, there is free parking. Room was nice and big. However window was too high to look outside which felt a bit awkward. Staff was generally very friendly and helpful.

The property was convenient to stay for the night before flight home from Bergamo Airport. Room was clean and comfortable…little in the way of hot beverages. A bit disappointed with restaurant menu, not a lot of choice and because it was quite busy we were put in the small cafe like room to the side of dining area…which was beautifully presented, our table and chairs were not. Staff very friendly and pleasant but we felt we were forgotten about because of the room we were in

Bad service
Hotel looks great online but it was really disappointed. When we checked in our room did not look as good as the photos. It was a hot day and the air-conditioning was not working, the room was so hot and stuffy. We approached the receptionist who told us to wait 30 minutes as she has reset the aircon. We waited an hour and nothing but hot air. Went back to receptionist who told us she could not do anything further as the supervisor was not there and we had to wait for the supervisor to return. I insisted that she call the supervisor and she did. They said they could not get someone out to look at the airconditoning until Monday as it was weekend. There was no way that we would stay in a room. I demanded to leave and not be charged. The receptionist had really bad service, she was inexperienced and did not care. We were told that we we would not be charged and we left and found a lovely hotel river front which was even cheaper, had lovely views and airconditioning.

Posizione non facilmente raggiungibile a causa di strade chiuse per lavori. Magari nei prossimi mesi con la riapertura della strada questo non dovrebbe essere un problema. Abbiamo alloggiato in una camera standard. La qualità dell'hotel è nella media. Dalle foto mi sarei aspettato una struttura più curata. Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile.

Muy lindo lugar, bien mantenido, limpio, y bien calefaccionado. El único punto en contra es que al momento del check out, me querían cobrar el desayuno, que no estaba incluido, pero que tampoco habíamos consumido....regla número 1: el cliente siempre tiene razón! En todos los hoteles se anota cuando se entra al comedor a desayunar, si no se saben organizar no es mi culpa.....
