Beautiful spot in the park square that's not far from Lake Van. Place feels nice and new and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly.

When we arrived tired from a touring holiday we were offered tea which we eagerly accepted. I believe I booked one room for us as a couple and our son but we were all thrilled when we realised we had a room each (two rooms) AND a lounge which had a balcony overlooking the lake. This made our stay. Breakfast was included and to a high standard. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in that area.

Goed hotel op uitstekende locatie.
Engels sprekende, zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame receptionist. Uitstékende locatie in een park tegen het Vanmeer. Modern hotel met ruime kamers en eigen parkeerterrein. In details wat gebrekkig (douchekop kan niet helemaal over stang glijden, wc-papier houder afgebroken, plafondplaten in douche liggen scheef, WiFi bleek in eerste kamer niet goed te werken, maar we kregen direct een andere kamer.) Goed ontbijt, talloze restaurants en winkels op paar minuten loopafstand.

Kellemes szállás volt, bár a szolgáltatóval való kommunikáció nem tökéletes. Bejelentkezéskor meglepetést okoztunk azzal, hogy ketten vagyunk, majd másnap reggel azzal, hogy még nem megyünk, két napra foglaltunk/fizettünk... Némi alap angol tudás nem lenne káros. Mindezek ellenére jól éreztük magunkat, kellemes hely volt.

Çalışan personeller çok cana yakındı. Konaklamamızın iyi geçmesi için ellerinden geleni yaptılar. Çok güzel iki gün geçirdik. Otelin konumu çok güzeldi. Van gölü kıyısında sessiz sakin bir konumda. Eski işletme otelini restore etmişler çok güzel olmuş.
