For $140 we got a two bedroom suite with a small kitchen and table. Clean rooms good shower pressure and comfortable beds. AC worked perfectly. Pretty convenient as it’s right at the university close to downtown. At 140 a night for two separate bedrooms so it’s pretty great value for the summer in Kamloops

Perfect for our 1 night stay needs. Spacious 2 bedrooms, no lounging area. Bathroom was clean, had a fridge, microwave and sink. University grounds were very nice & close to all amenities.

We needed two rooms for one night so this was the best deal. The price and location were great, and the accommodation was perfect for what we needed. There was even a Hortons on the campus! Having said that, it is a University dorm. It's pretty much what you would expect with campus life. It brought back many memories.

1- Extra warm blanket in closet. I sleep cold. Great sleep. 2- 2 different sized pillows. Could pick the one that suited me. 3- Love the separate rooms. Traveled with adult son. Does not keep same hours as me.

Easy check in. These are dorm rooms. Carpets (in my room) in desperate need of cleaning. Good value overall. Large common cooking area available which was pretty cool with a dining hall. No bathtubs. Would stay again (and bring slippers)

Family-friendly, clean and convenient location

The check-in staff member was very hospitable and friendly. The room itself was very clean and spacious enough for our family of four. We also had a nice view of the city from our room. We liked the lobby area as well as you can grab a coffee or latte from the coffee smart bar machine on-site and sit in the balcony area to enjoy the view of the city. The only thing was the walls in the room are quite thin so the noise in the room next door kept waking us up. We had booked the room for an overnight stay while on a road trip and it was convenient and cost effective. So, we will definitely consider again if ever heading in that direction.

For the price paid the lack of amenities- bedside lamp, tea kettle, cups etc it was not a great deal coupled with how loud it was. Beautiful view of the valley from the room but my purpose to stay there was to be on campus to write final exams the next day and because its actually a dorm and not a hotel- but they want to charge hotel prices- its more like a hostel so one has to have the kind of amenties you need at a hostel as one stays at a hotel in order not to have to take that much from home. The common kitchen was filthy and although the room was alright for cleanliness the shower curtain had visible bidy fluids on it- truly disgusting. Its a good place to stay but not for $170/night.
