Absolut freundliches Personal in allen Abteilungen, sehr umfangreiches Frühstück. Das Mobiliar kommt langsam in die Jahre und das Restaurant (Schloonsee) versprüht etwas den Charakter einer Werkskantine. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön, das Wasser angenehm temperiert. Bademäntel sind auf den Zimmern und Handtücher bekommt man an der (Wellnes) Rezeption. Wer mit dem Auto anreist sollte schon bei der Buchung einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage anfragen. Die vorhandenen Stellplätze sind begrenzt. Die Lage iin Strandnahe ist perfekt, Bäcker und viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, Rewe Supermarkt in 10min Fussweg erreichbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns alles sehr informativ erklärt. Das Hotel ist fantastisch und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders gut hat uns der Wellnessbereich gefallen. Der Innen Pool sowie der Außenpool waren wunderschön. Das Frühstücksbuffet war einfach köstlich sehr reichhaltig und man wusste vor lauter Speisen gar nicht was man wählen sollte. Sollten wir wieder nach Usedom fahren würden wir nur in dieses Hotel gehen.

Parken für 14 €/Nacht in der Tiefgarage möglich. 20 € pro Nacht für den Hund ist nicht nachvollziebar. Ansonsten klare Weiterempfehlung.
