We arrived for check in at 9 pm and the door was locked with a sign to go to another building for check in. Went to that building with another sign to call for check in. Never saw anyone. Called and was given attitude for checking in so late. Was given code to enter building to find out key in an envelope. Room on 4th floor no elevator (which we knew prior). Floors dirty like no one has vacuumed in a while. Room very dusty. Sheets dirty. Couldn’t get housekeeping to change linens or towels for entire duration of stay. Never saw an employee once. There was never anyone at the desk. Check out was just leaving our key on the same desk where we picked them up. Felt more like an air BNB rather than boutique hotel. Only good thing about this hotel was location. Otherwise would not recommend.

Do not stay here!
Do not stay here! The room was so dirty and old. There was hair in the shower wall, dust everywhere. They are clearly not cleaning the rooms. There’s no front desk. You have to go to a nearby hotel to get the key and both employees that were there were kinda rude. Nothing happened but for some reason I did not felt safe there. Pay a little bit more and stay in a better place.

A Cost-Friendly Quebec Option
The hotel is older, didn’t have an elevator, and the furniture was certainly older. That being said, it is in a tremendous location inside the walls of the city. The king bed was very comfortable, a very tasty breakfast was included each morning, the internet connection was strong, and the price was far below what other hotels were charging for what was still high season weather-wise. A no frills option that is perfect for travelers who plan to spend their time in this spectacular city out and about.

Wouldn't stay again
The hotel itself was in a great location, but there are probably better options. It was a great price though. IT was a little loud at night as you can hear the pipes banging in the wall. We could also hear a rodent (likely a rat) chewing in the walls, but it stopped eventually. Great location and fairly clean room, but not somewhere we would stay again.

It was good. Room was clean and worked well except fir a crazy shower head. Beautiful night view of the Price Building! Steep stairs would have proven a real obstacle if we were in a higher floor with no elevator. Staff in another building and not always available.

Big disappointment
The hotel needs refurbishing. Lots of stairs to climb to any room. Sofa bed impossible to sleep in. No TV although one was brought but the volume was so low you could not hear anything. Just 3 channels! They give only one key for two people and say there is no extra key to give. Paid $750 US dollars 4 days and just saw rooms advertised for $US dollars a night. Breakfast was the only good thing. Would not return!

Je vous explique. Je réserve 3 nuits dans cette hôtel au mois de mai pour le mois de septembre. Assez d’avance pour être bien situé mettons(Dans ma tête je me dit ça) Nous avons eu une chambre au sous-sol! Froide, pas accès au chauffage. Nous sommes à l’automne, la nuit c’est plus frais et sérieusement nous avons eu froid. Nous avons demandé à mettre du chauffage et ils l’ont augmenté de .5 degré! Très décevant car il y a des gens qui avaient réservé à la dernière minutes et avait une très belle chambre tel que sur le site alors que nous 😖 Vraiment déçu 😞

Not what I expected from the pictures
Unfortunately this was not what I expected, I guess it was because it was a busy week in Quebec but I got a room in a basement with no Wifi and when I tried to change rooms they had no availability. There was no amenities in the room except for a tiny soap and the bathroom door was hanging so it was very complicated to open, no iron in the room, some towels were dirty, so I would say it wasn't a pleasant stay. Luckily I was there only for one single night. Although it was the cheapest hotel for that night, I don't think the value for what I paid was worth it.
