Hôtel Nice, train station not.
A tricky review because the negatives aren’t really the hotel’s issues. Hotel is fine, typical small Tokyo room, nice bathroom facilities, all good. The breakfast is limited, very good soup, bread, yogurt. The issue is that it is not close to a station, and the closest station, Hamamatsucho, is undergoing renovations which really impact access. Again, hotel is fine, not sure when renovations will be done at train station. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The property is in a good, quiet neighborhood. It is close to the train station and a few restaurants and bars. There are many amenities and a relaxing tub in the room.

This was the smallest room that we stayed at while in Japan for a family of 3. Not enough room for our 4pcs of luggage. But for 2 nights stay, it was decent! Not too far from the subway. Staff was kind enough to let us check out 1 hour late but with a fee of course, which wasn’t too bad of a price. Really liked the smell of the shampoo and body wash - as long as you’re not sensitive to floral smell! It was an ok hotel.
