Achei o hotel em ótima localização, atendimento e serviço de quarto muito bom, porém o hotel necessita de nova pintura, está com aspecto velho, portas velhas que não fecham nos banheiros, a tampa do vaso sanitário quebrada solicitei a troca e não fui atendido.

Melhorar Manutenção ar, enxoval, colchão
Os funcionários foram atenciosos. Tive algumas dificuldades no começo, mas depois que falei com o site do Hotel.com, eles ajudaram atenuar, Exemplo acondicionando pinando sujo, limparam no dia seguinte, o colchão estava bem degastado com a sensação da espuma já vencida, trocaram no dia seguinte. O hotel tem bastante mosquito/muriçoca, tinha repelente elétrico que ajudou. O enxoval toalhas/lençol com aparência de gastos as toalhas pareciam panos de chão, ainda bem que tinha uma pessoal. O café estava bom, variado, gostoso.

Minha estadia foi boa. Precisei ficar alguns dias no hotel pois estou de mudança pra cidade. Fiquei em um quarto com 3 camas individuais. Em primeiro momento, tudo ok com a acomodação mas a água do banho molha pra fora do box e tive um incidente com o chuveiro elétrico, que deu um curto circuito e ficou um cheiro desagradável de fumaça no banheiro e quarto todo. Comuniquei a recepção e mandaram prontamente uma equipe para a troca do chuveiro, que não apresentou mais defeito. O café é muito bom e pontualmente servido às 6h30. O hotel é bem limpo, embora seja antigo. E os funcionários são simpáticos e solicitos. Voltaria a me hospedar outras vezes, o custo benefício compensa.
