Disappointing
We arrived at 1:45pm and was told that we couldn't check-in until 2pm, which is fine. We waited until 2:30pm to find out that the rooms weren't even cleaned yet.The apartment was not well represented by the photos. It was very lacking and not as "modern" as the pictures showed. We needed a place with a full kitchen to cook for the children but there were ants everywhere and things looked unclean so we didn't end up using it. The bathroom and shower was unappealing and the towels didn't look clean. The one bedroom had such a bad smell that my parent's went downstairs to complain and there was nothing done. Overall it was a very disappointing stay.

This was my first time staying in an apartment style hotel through Expedia, and it was a fantastic day. The host kept clear and up-to-date communication with me all the way to the check-in, very friendly and polite. He also assisted us on getting my lost luggage from the airline to the property so it was super helpful ! If I travel back to Vietnam, I will definitely be staying here again. Thanks again!
