The hotel is very clean although the room is a bit small. The best part of our stay is the service that is unbelievably good. The breakfast buffet was the best we ever had. Absolutely great property close to the train station. Totally new when we stayed there!!! Whole city is walkable so don’t get an Uber from train station like I did. It’s a five min walk to this great hotel!!! It was the nicest hotel we stayed in and had a decent size elevator and the breakfast was awesome!! Very impressed with this property and especially the location.

The staff was courteous and provided maps & day trip recommendations. This hotel is in a great location as well -- easy walking distance from the Duomo and train station; Also it's been recently renovated and has a chic modern feel. Breakfast was also one of the highlights: the buffet included with the room which was very delicious. However, they only provided one small pint of water in the room each day for our family of three; when we requested for more water once the existing pint got finished, they charged €10 for "room service" for bringing the bottles up to our room and charged €6 per bottle on top of it.

Hotel Floren was awesome!
This place is awesome. So clean and nicely appointed. Very close to train and tram to the airport. The breakfast was also really nice. I highly recommend you will not be disappointed. Also the shower had the most amazing rain shower with tremendous pressure… I will never forget that shower it was incredible.
