Great Location, Modern Hotel, Mediocre Service
The staff was courteous and provided maps & day trip recommendations. This hotel is in a great location as well -- easy walking distance from the Duomo and train station; Also it's been recently renovated and has a chic modern feel. Breakfast was also one of the highlights: the buffet included with the room which was very delicious. However, they only provided one small pint of water in the room each day for our family of three; when we requested for more water once the existing pint got finished, they charged €10 for "room service" for bringing the bottles up to our room and charged €6 per bottle on top of it.

The hotel is very clean although the room is a bit small. The best part of our stay is the service that is unbelievably good. The breakfast buffet was the best we ever had. We also had a wonderful dinner at the hotel restaurant. The wait staff especially the waiter Moi were very attentive and nice. We feel really fortunate to choose this hotel.

The hotel is well-located, and I believe that it's a newer establishment. While the room and bathroom were clean, the hallways weren't very clean. The room temperature wa way too hot (& it wouldn't adjust) and the bed was uncomfortable; however, the bathroom was great with a big shower with strong water pressure. The experience that left a negative impression was the front desk trying to force us to take a "private car" to/from the airport to retrieve lost luggage for 90 Euros when a one-way taxi from the airport was available at a fixed 28 Euro rate.

Best Hotel in Italy that I stayed at
Absolutely great property close to the train station. Totally new when we stayed there!!! Whole city is walkable so don’t get an Uber from train station like I did. It’s a five min walk to this great hotel!!! It was the nicest hotel we stayed in and had a decent size elevator and the breakfast was awesome!! Very impressed with this property and especially the location.

Great location
This hotel is very close to the train station and a short walk to the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, restaurants, and shopping. Room was well appointed, shower was amazing! View from window…not a view but another building, so very little natural light. Hotel staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was decent, not huge but a good selection. Cocktails at the bar were a bit disappointing, but that was really only negative during our stay.

Hotel Floren was awesome!
This place is awesome. So clean and nicely appointed. Very close to train and tram to the airport. The breakfast was also really nice. I highly recommend you will not be disappointed. Also the shower had the most amazing rain shower with tremendous pressure… I will never forget that shower it was incredible.

The property was nicely appointed. Room decor simple but nice- nothing special. Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were excellent, especially Benny. The restaurant is excellent with a fine dining, high quality experience with a discount for house guests. It was very quiet- needs better marketing. Only problem we had was that guests were not able to iron their own clothes so we went around Florence looking crushed! We don’t expect staff to irin our clothes that are not freshly washed

Nice hotel in a good location
Nice rooms and bathrooms, the air conditioning worked very well. I appreciated the black out curtains. Good selection for breakfast. The majority of the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The only negative was for room 104, it’s very noisy, especially at night. It’s at the top of the staircase and next to a room used by staff. I’m not sure what is directly above it, but it was loud until 1am. My stay was only 2 nights, so I didn’t ask to be moved and have to pack up everything. Glad I had earplugs!

Travelling from Florence airport, The Floren is quite literally a tram ride away, door to door in 25 minutes. In terms of location it couldn’t have been more convenient. The hotel is found on a busy street and walking distance to all the places of interest. Front desk staff were excellent. Informative , helpful and so polite. Rooms were clean and well kept. I expected the room to be a little bigger and would have liked a bathtub but it doesn’t deter the fact that the room was cozy and the bed was very comfortable. The inclusive breakfast was also a nice touch, the breakfast was excellent and again the staff were superb. A very good way to start the day! The Floren was a good all rounder of a hotel and I would recommend it, however, “luxury” seems to be an overkill and I don’t personally feel like it was.

Incredible Honeymoon Stay at Floren Luxury Hotel! Our honeymoon stay at Floren Luxury Hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and special. One particularly thoughtful touch was when they put my wife’s flowers—bought during our stay in Venice—in water, ensuring they remained fresh and beautiful throughout our stay. As a delightful surprise, they also treated us to a personalized cake slice that said “Happy Honeymoon,” which truly made our day! The hotel itself is stunning, combining luxury with comfort in the heart of Florence. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and after a long day of sightseeing, coming back to such a peaceful and elegant space was wonderful.
