Disappointed
Check-in was sketchy. The address provided was a doorway that did not have any notification that it was the property. Finally, someone showed up to bring us to the property. The apartment was in mediocre condition. There were many lights that didn’t work and burned out bulbs when we took a shower, we discovered to our surprise that there were no towels in the bathroom. It turned out. There were some towels hidden in the closet, but it took us quite a while and it request before we figure that out. The unit was in poor maintenance condition. The bed was difficult to access as it was right up against the wall and you had to step over it to get to one side of the bed the television would not work. I needed to add my own Roku device to be able to watch TV because the remotes would not even turn on the TV as they stood. Now it’s a week later and I still don’t have the refund of my damage deposit. I’m working on that.
