Nice hotel in a charming neighborhood.
Amenities were good. The service was very good. I liked the restaurant, very convenient. The one downside was that there was construction of some sort in the building, at times where I could hear tapping or even very loud equipment. Also I had difficulty plugging in my wall chargers: there were outlets that did not seem to allow my adapter to fit into the holes, and other outlets which did not work on the last day of our stay for some reason. Other than that it was wonderful and a great location.

Você que está procurando um hotel para ficar em Santiago, pode parar de procurar, você já encontrou. Este aqui é uma jóia, localizado no bairro mais lindo da cidade (calmo, arborizado, cheio de praças, parques e cafés). O quarto é confortável e a recepção é extremamente simpática e solícita (prontamente guardaram várias malas após o check out). Único espaço para melhoria seria no banheiro (box um tanto apertado e água do chuveiro com pouca pressão) e no café da manhã (que poderia ter mais opções veganas). Fora isso, excelente!
