Bom, mas pode ser excelente.

Está é a segunda vez que fico neste hotel em menos de uma semana. Da primeira vez foi tudo perfeito, ja na segunda vez começou horrível. Nosso quarto era no primeiro andar, pequeno, com azulejo quebrado no banheiro, janela do banheiro com trava quebrada, uma mini sacada com vista para o telhado da garagem totalmente sujo, lixos e tocos de cigarros que os hóspedes jogam de andares superiores. O hotel precisa manter o telhado limpo já que quer locar o quarto. Enfim, reclamei, inclusive com fotos. O gerente garantiu fazer a troca de quarto no dia seguinte porque o hotel estava lotado, o quê foi feito. A partir daí a viagem voltou a ser agradável. O café da manhã deixa a desejar, precisa melhorar a fim de manter o elevado padrão do hotel. Frutas sempre as mesmas. Não havia sequer banana prata e melão. A água quente para o chá ficava numa garrafa termo que já estava com gosto de café. Horrível. Recepcionistas maravilhosos e educados. Muito bom mesmo.

O hotel é o mesmo da minha ultima estadia 10 anos atrás. Carpete nos corredores com cheiro forte, camas duras, travesseiros finos e na exata quantidade de hospedes do quarto. Café da manhã apenas razoável e estacionamento caríssimo. A localização que já foi uma rua pacata e tranquila já não é mais a mesma, bem deteriorada. Precisa se atualizar se ainda quer ser chamado de hotel de 4 estrelas

Café da manhã deixa a desejar. Poucas frutas, sequer havia banana. Não havia também biscoito água e sal. Bolos muito simples. Iogurte de garrafa nada gostoso. Solicitei um travesseiro a mais pois tenho problemas de artrose nos dois joelhos e não fui atendida sob alegação de que não tinha. Quanto ao mais, o hotel é muito bom. Atendimento ótimo. Recepcionistas muito prestativos.
