This property cancelled on us THE DAY OF OUR TRIP ON NEW YEARS WEEKEND! They have this property posted on multiple websites so I believe they double book and choose the ones that pay the most.
Thankfully Expedia customer service relocated us to a better property but I had to stay on the phone for over an hour because it was a holiday weekend and availability was extremely limited.
