My experience with Nest Hotel wasn’t much of a pleasant.
I’ve made booking for two rooms, paying of the same rate, yet the room assigned to me was drastically different in size. One of the rooms was spacious, allowing us to open the luggage fully without any hinderance, while the other was really small. Note, both are corner rooms. When asked the reception, was simply brushed off with hotel fully book.
Despite the difference, we accepted it and decided to stay on. The beddings provided was two twin beds in each room despite having my booking for double instead of twin.
What made it worst was that as a guest staying in the hotel, you are not entitled to a parking lot. Instead you have to pay for it. It was disappointing as they have two carparks but still requires to charge their guests for the usage of their carpark lot.
