A simple business hotel
A simple business hotel, ok for short trips.
Rooms are typically small, but large bed. No clothes storage in the room. The bathroom is a plastic pod, but functional. Limited room service and laudry service (if you bring it to reception). Staff were helpful and friendly and rooms were clean and comfy to sleep in.

Beautiful bay view
The hotel was on the bay which is not in the center of Tokyo but if you get a bay view it is beautiful. It is much quieter part of Tokyo. The subway was close and their were restaurants close by. The room was small, clean and efficient.

Bayside
Not bad. Business hotel so small room. Paid for the upgrade to get a bay view. Really worth it.
Very nice view of the bay and rainbow bridge. Easy access to major train station. The room was a little older i.e the furnishings. Everything was clean. Had to pay extra for late checkout and no early check in. Over all good but room is only good for one person.

Staying in a closet(押入れに泊まった)
I had booked a room with a nice view and 17sq m (approx 190 sq ft). I paid for that. When I checked into the room it was a small closet where the bed hardly fit. The room size was 10 sq m (I measured it); that is about 110 sq ft. My bathroom at home is bigger than that. I have never stayed in a room that small. Either it was the hotel or Expedia, but I was duped.

Beautiful Ocean Views
The view of the ocean from the room was absolutely gorgeous. The room itself was decent though I was surprised by the number of stains on the carpet. For the one night stay, it was good.
