While this suite was clean and bright, I experienced very poor communication from the host after learning that an amenity I specifically booked for was not available. Having been in communication 10 minutes prior to access the property, the host suddenly disappeared after telling me that the amenity for which I booked the stay was unavailable. Subsequently, the host's response to my dilemma was lacklustre at best.
The negatives, and then the positives: pillows are yellowed and lumpy, washcloths also seemed very dated. The suite advertises a futon-type sofa for additional sleeping options, but no extra blankets or pillows are provided. While the suite is bright, you'll mostly keep the lovely window-wall covered with curtains, as there are neighbours in the building opposite that can see right in to the suite.
The building is located very near the Rogers Centre, so is extremely busy during baseball games. While super convenient for these games, be prepared to wait up to 15 minutes for an elevator.
Good points: Check-in and parking instructions are very thorough, with photos included. This is a very walkable district of Toronto with plenty of food/restaurant options available. The suite is overall very clean and tidy, and there are plenty of conveniences, including ironing board and iron, coffee machine, kettle, cutlery and so on. Would be great for a couple on vacation.
