We felt that since we booked through Expedia and got a good deal they purposely delayed cleaning our vacant room and caused us alot of unneeded grief and hardship on us for an very important function.. The pictures on Expedia are misleading. I had a room that did not have a view and had windows placed high, so it was rather dark with no view unless I walked to the windows and looked at the parking lot. Wi-Fi does not work unless you give them your birthday and your email address. The hotel wasn’t busy, I am sure there were better rooms available. But only this Undesirable one listed on Expedia. The bright spot was the staff. Everyone at the front desk and the restaurant were very pleasant and eager to do anything they could to make my stay the best.
