On arrival I was asked for copies of my booking which I only keep in my Hotels.com virtual wallet. I was then asked to email over all 6 seperate bookings. By this time the rest of my party (12 total) had checked in without any issue? In the end I didn't need to send them so was a waste of time. Hotel itself was good, nice pool area and bar staff were great. Room itself was nice but only one extremely flat pillow provided and no spares. Other members of the party ahd extremely bad smells from the drains but was told they'd just put bleach down and to come back later, did not improve! Restaurant staff were very unaccommodating, rude, obviously not very happy in their jobs and took it out on paying customers. I was scolded for making my son a small sandwich at breakfast to take with him (as he hadn't eaten), I paid for half board and was only eating there once due to a day trip. Made to feel like we were an inconvenience being there, maybe due to end of season I don't know.
Plenty of nice places to eat especially Gabbers just down the road who couldn't of been more accommodating to us and all our children.
