8/10 Good

Great customer service, comfortable room, hot water, close to city centre and historic sites, good parking
John, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Great option for our family of four. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Located in a quiet area but walkable to many shops and restaurants
Elizabeth, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

Nice location to down town. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Room and property not up to expectations. Very old and run down building. Parking was difficult.
Scott, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

This was a wonderful stay and an easy walk from the city center
Bailey, 3-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Easy check in. Quick walk into the center of Inverness but far enough out to be quiet. Good parking. Very friendly staff and a good breakfast.
Abigail, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

The decor and furnishings in the living and dining are comfortable and cosy. Feels like sitting in a cosy cottage.
Jacqueline, 3-night trip

8/10 Good

Friendly staff. Uneven bathroom floor. Too hot in bedroom.
Philip, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating. Lovely family hotel with a yummy breakfast.
leah, 3-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Started with a bit of a hiccup after we checked in but was very promptly resolved by Kristy the duty manager, so thank you. This hotel has very, very helpful friendly staff everywhere, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spacious and clean, the breakfast had a good range and the location was very handy.
Lynda, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

The hotel is well located in walking distance of the city centre and some nice places to eat. The rooms are small and comparatively expensive but this is the UK where everything is over-priced. The restaurant is nice and the staff super helpful- they made sure I was able to use a large, thickly carpeted room to do a 90 minute yoga session uninterrupted.
margie, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Parking is £6 per day and quite full in the evening.
Sammy, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Very friendly hotel, conveniently located

Exceptionally friendly staff, good food and some very comfy chairs in which to enjoy a wee dram. Small but nice pool with toasty sauna. Room temp was a bit on the high side, with very firm beds.
Douglas, 3-night trip

6/10 Okay

The rooms were very dated. No charging outlets for electronics. Our TV was the size of a small computer monitor. The rooms were not indicative of the price charged. Having said that the staff were amazing and we loved the lounge.
Kim, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

By far our favourite hotel in Inverness. The staff is utterly friendly and accommodating, they always make you feel at home. We're returning customers and will definitely stay here again in the future.
Sil, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Hotel although dated adds to the charm Staff absolutely spot on very polite and helpful nothing a problem
Adrian, 3-night trip

4/10 Poor

This was the most expensive accommodation on my trip! Terrible view, dirty carpet, cramped space! Won’t return

Lovely hotel, with the nicest, most helpful staff ever.
Elisabeth, 3-night trip

Easy stay in Inverness

Friendly staff, easy 15ish minute walk into city centre. Room was simple and bed comfortable. Felt very safe as a solo female traveler. Appreciated that they had a lift and could hold my bags for a bit after checkout.

10/10 Excellent

Amazing stay staff very freindly and couldn't do enough The hotel is need of a refit but didn't affect our stay
Adrian, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Sweet hotel. Room was a bit warm and the hall traffic a bit noisy. But staff was very kind and helpful and the location is great: a very nice neighborhood, walkable to city center. Appropriately priced.

Craigmonie Hotel, Inverness 😊

We had a lovely stay in Inverness, very welcoming, clean, comfortable, couldn't ask for more. The dog was made welcome too, her first time in a hotel and she loved it.
