Not great

When we arrive, nobody could speak English communication was extremely poor and they only have one key per room. They’re coming in and out of the building was a headache. I was also charged double my room however after a long discussion I was able to get this back overall the experience was just not great. They only have one iron in the whole building which you can never seem to get hold of. We also asked for a baby coat which we never got.

A simpatia, disponibilidade e atenção do staff, nomeadamente da Manuela e da Noelle foram inexcedíveis. O apartamento estava muito limpo, cama confortável e muito bem equipado. O hotel está muito bem localizado, perto dos transportes públicos e com um bom supermercado ao lado. Pequeno almoço buffet muito bom. Recomendo e irei voltar.
